Podium Run For Chase Allen At Kennedale Speedway Park
KENNEDALE, Texas (July 20, 2024) Picking up his first top five run of the 2024 season on Saturday night, Chase Allen took on a stout field of 24 IMCA Modifieds at Kennedale Speedway Park behind the wheel of the Jerry and Cody Shoemaker owned No. 54.
Eighth to second during his Heat Race to start the night, the format put Allen 12th on the grid, where he would steadily work forward.
"We started 12th and got to second pretty fast but we honestly missed the set up a little and had nothing for Jake Upchurch," explained Allen. "A late race caution came with two to go, I honestly didn’t know there was a little rubber on the bottom and Jacob Pirkle snuck by the both of us to win the race."
Next top for Chase is with the Touring Outlaw Modified Series (TOMS) at Heart O' Texas Speedway.
